AXA ASSISTANCE – SERVIÇOS PORTUGAL S.A., 502297336 Legal Person, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon. This entity provides the following types of services: car assistance, medical assistance, home.

All with permanent establishment / registered office at Avenida da Liberdade, n.º 38 – 7º, 1269-069 Lisbon, act as an independent controller of your personal data (this means that it determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data).

The independent data controller is referred to in this policy as "AXA Partners Portugal" or "Data Controller" or "we" or "us".
